As I work on a book for the state and national parks I’ve visited over the years, I’ll post some of those pictures on this blog. Hopefully they might give you some ideas on places to visit.
On a very cold morning in 2009, just after sunrise, my friend sets up his tripod at White Pocket. After a night in our small tents we headed out before even getting coffee. It is an amazing place and the colors you see here are the true colors.
