Rock Wren. These cute and active little wrens do like being in rocks. I see this one often, usually in the same place.

One more of my neighborhood friend, Green Heron

I will be gone for a week and not able to post. This blog was made on Windows 10, where I am now. My two other computers, including my travel laptop, are Windows 11. WordPress won’t let me access this blog on those computers, and this one is too old to update.

So, I hope to start a new blog, well I have started but not gotten very far yet, on one of the Windows 11 and then direct people from here to the new one. Please give me some time to do this and keep checking back. Thanks to all of you and your kind comments.

Another Green Heron from today, at a pond many miles from the previous one. My favorite Heron by far, I’m happy to see so many of them lately.
