I don’t know what these flowers are, but in a forest in Northern Arizona, they grew low on the forest floor. They caught my eye and I knew I wanted to remember them. May31
From my morning neighborhood walk. I have no idea what kind of cactus this is, not native I’m sure, huge, very tall. Every year about this time it produces these big blossoms. I have to reach up to get the blossoms and they last a few days. May25

The Datura, a native plant in Arizona, beautiful and poisonous. Desert Botanical Garden. May16 I have been told these are not Datura. Both my friend and I thought they were. Apparently they are Primroses, but they are different from what I am used to. I’m always learning.
